Day 296 how can she be so sweet and still so annoying?

I was working at home this morning and she didn't eat a bite.  Not one bite.  I even gave her a second chance later in the afternoon.

What is this lovely bug?  I've been calling it an "assassin bug" but there's an awful lot of different kinds of them...is it?
