What are these strange markings? Could it be...an alien escape route? Is the number 1 significant? Is it an alien bomb site with some geographical significance like, here's the spot that will exterminate the maximum number of people but leave the pretty parts of the planet undisturbed?
Or could it mean AT&T is running a new phone line that will triple our DSL speed?
